Kilohana Kai at Waikoloa

Waikoloa, Big Island - A Ground-Breaking Ceremony was held on February 3, 2006 for Phase II of Kilohana Kai at Waikoloa. This begins the second phase of a 230 lot single family residential subdivision in Waikoloa Village on the Big Island of Hawaii. The first phase, completed in December of 2005, consisting of 50 units is sold out. This phase of the project will produce 148 more units in this community located minutes from Kona's "Gold Coast".
