One single family home renovation in the St. Louis
Heights area in Honolulu, Oahu. PER, Inc. was the selected general contractor
who did some design modifications to the existing old home, which resold within
three weeks for approximately $700,000. A joint venture with the property
owner provided for a profitable venture for the owner, who was desirous of
selling the old existing home but lacked the wherewithal to remodel/redesign
at a moderate cost and within a time frame to take advantage of the upswing
in market conditions at the time. The owner was pleased at how quickly the
project was both completed and sold.
