Project is comprised of approximately 42 individual
non-contiguous “moderately priced” speculative homes for sale
in the Hawaiian Paradise Park subdivision, located approximately 20 minutes
outside of Hilo town. Homes range in sizes between 1,592 – 1,800 square
feet, and supported by catchments water tanks and cesspools. Gross sales to
date are approximately $3.3 million. PER, Inc. is project manager of the development.
