Ten lots in an older single family subdivision
project located on the North Shore of Oahu was purchased to develop individual
speculative homes for sale. Homes generated gross sales revenues of approximately
$3.4 million and units were sold soon after completion. PER, Inc. served as
general contractor for the project.
